general terms of service

⋆ Please do not steal my art, claim it as your own or use it anywhere without proper credits and consent unless agreed upon otherwise.
⋆ DO NOT FEED MY ART INTO AI, I WILL NOT ALLOW IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
⋆ My artwork shall not be edited by anyone but me without proper consent. This includes changing colours, removing watermarks or logos or changing the general appearance of my art⋆ I have all rights to cancel the commission if I feel that something is wrong or for any other reason⋆ Please be patient, art takes time and asking for updates every day can be tiring and demotivating on my end. If you want a lot of updates feel free to specify that and I’ll send them over as soon as I have something to show!⋆ What you get once the art is done?

If you want to print it out for personal use feel free to do so! But if it’s for commercial use a fee will apply.

what you need to provide me with . . .

CHANGES

Once you have placed a commission and I have started on colouring, you are free to change minor things such as (jewellery, mouth, expression. Ask if you are unsure) but you are not allowed to do drastic changes like (pose, the whole outfit. Ask if you are unsure). You are free to ask for changes during the rough sketch phase as long as it is within the same general idea.

estimated time of arrival (TAT)

The time it takes for my art can variate a lot, everything from 2 days to a month for one pice, but if you need it urgently please specify and we can come to an agreement (urgency fees apply). If anything on my end comes up that could possibly delay your art I’ll let you know immediately! Please do not be mad if something does come up as I’m only human after all.

*Light NSFW can include: shirtless men, women in bikinis, and so on (ask if unsure!)

I take full payment up front, at sketch or 50/50 at the beginning, trusted clients can pay after i deliver the product.
Do not send me payment until I have agreed on your request- as even though it fits into my do’s and Don’ts it might be out of my comfort zone and/or something i cannot do.I do not do refunds unless I haven not provided you of any evidence of started art within two weeks of paid upfront comissions(proof of started art can be concepts or sketches) or for some reason cannot finish the art. If you cancel your order you’ll get 50% of the agreed amount back*
*only if using PayPal
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Not only that but you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
My prices may increase or decrease over time, and probably won’t stay the same forever as I grow as an artist- so please don’t be mad / harass me about my increased prices.

buyer permissions

Use the commissioned piece for personal use (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc. as long as you have credited me)
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own if it’s your OC, but not the artwork itself.
Use the artwork as their profile picture(s), banners for social media, reference for future commissions or for other artists as long as there is no profit on my artwork itself and proper credit is given.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.
Claiming the artwork as your own
Removing my signature from the artwork
Altering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time)I, Lumia (or moon) claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer (unless other is specified / paid for) Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:Promote myself with it everywhere
Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.(with proper credits if it’s your Oc))
Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
Post it wherever I want
